Frothy Monkey to open 4th location on Avenue of the Arts in Downtown Nashville

Open Call hiring all positions April 7-8, 2014

(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) March 31, 2014— As Nashville Fashion Week begins, Frothy Monkey will be in the thick of the excitement as 5th Avenue is shut down to make room for a fashion runway and other festivities in front of the home of their upcoming 4th location. Frothy’s newest location is at the base of the historic Kress building on the block deemed the “Avenue of the Arts” on the newly revamped 5th Avenue in downtown Nashville, TN. Frothy Monkey is a proud member of the Avenue of the Arts and sponsor of Nashville Fashion Week.

This will be the third location Frothy Monkey will have opened in the past 18 months in their recent expansion efforts, and the 4th unique neighborhood concept in the Frothy family. This location is in the area of downtown Nashville just up the hill from Broadway, filling a need for a casual quality dining option for residents, businesses and theater/concert goers in the downtown core.

Frothy is already working closely with neighbors and gallery owners, Jeff Rymer, Susan Tinney and Anne Brown to participate in neighborhood events. They are also working with TPAC, located less than a block away, where Frothy Monkey coffee is already being served. “We are really excited here at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center and historic War Memorial Auditorium about another great alternative to offer our patrons as they make their plans to come see events in our facilities,” states Brent Hyams, COO of TPAC and War Memorial Auditorium, “Whenever downtown gets better, we all benefit, and we’re looking forward to being neighbors. We’re already friends.”

Like their other locations, Frothy Monkey will be offering downtown Nashville the comfort of a coffeehouse with an expanded menu of offerings for morning through the day and into the night. “We are unique in that it is not uncommon for our regulars to stop in [at Frothy] multiple times in one day,” states Frothy Monkey owner, Ryan Pruitt, “We’ll see the same folks in the morning for coffee and breakfast, and then perhaps again later in the day for dinner or a beer after work.”

There will be an open call for staffing on Monday, April 7th and Tuesday April 8th at 7-10 am & 5-8 pm.  This will take place at the new location, 235 5th Ave North, Nashville, TN 27219.Frothy Monkey is hiring: Managers, Servers, Baristas, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Bakers, Dish Washers. All interviewees must bring a copy of their resume and drivers license/ID.
