Guests will gather at Frothy Monkey Franklin + Downtown Nashville to taste wines together that have been perfectly paired with a 5 course menu designed by our Chef, Chase Ingalls and head baker Jen Mello. Chef Chase’s approach to these dinners is to source the highest quality ingredients from our farm partners and create a menu that combines creativity, thoughtful flavor profiles and dishes that are truly inspired by the wine. Tickets are $60 + tax + gratuity {$77.55}


This dinner will take place on two nights at two locations for your convenience.

Thursday, June 23rd 6pm – 9pm in Franklin, TN > {SOLD OUT}

Friday, June 24th 6pm – 9pm in Downtown Nashville, TN > {SOLD OUT}

Pan seared gulf grouper
on black eyed pea cake, braised radicchio and bacon marmalade
pairing: 2013 Domaine De La Cornasse, Chardonnay, Chablis

Smoked wild boar ribs
with kohlrabi apple slaw and citrus beet purée
pairing: 2013 Domaine De Grands Devers, Rhone (Grenache/Syrah)

Braised bison
with Allenbrooke summer vegetable risotto, artichoke confit and peach pan sauce
pairing: 2013 Domaine De Grangeneuve, Syrah, La Truffiere

Port Berry Pavlova
Port Berry Compote, Mascarpone Whipped Cream, Vanilla Pastry Cream
pairing: 2011 Chateau L’Ermitage Sauternes
