We were recently made aware that the white Frothy Monkey Campfire Mugs currently being sold in stores and online were printed with an ink that may wash off in the dishwasher – specifically when using Cascade pods. The product was not labeled with instructions to hand wash only and the thought of faulty printing being a disappointment to all the people who bought these mugs to mark a memory makes us feel the saddest! If you purchased a white campfire mug since March of this year and have had any issues with the imprint coming off, we would love to replace that mug for you, or issue a full refund. Please fill out the form below and we will replace your mug free of charge!
And if you have one of these mugs sitting on your shelf with the logo intact, be advised that these are hand wash only so please protect that monkey and keep it out of the dishwasher!
