12South is the original location of Frothy Monkey. This cozy bungalow welcomed its first guests in 2004 and has maintained its charming indoor seating, while expanding outdoor space to include a beer garden. This location is nestled between historic homes and the bustling commerce of the growing 12South district.

Frothy Monkey Guest Parking: Guest parking is available behind our cafe. Access to the parking lot by entering the alley between Sweetbrier and Beechwood Ave or the alley between MODA and the Mosque.
Parking in 12South: Limited Free Street Parking is available on 12th Ave. S or on surrounding streets.
Public Transit: Frothy Monkey 12South is located on the WeGo Transit Route for Bus Route 17. The closest bus stop is at the Intersection of 12South and Wedgewood.
Bike Racks: Bike racks are available outside.
Accessibility: The entry to our 12South location is ADA compliant with an accessible ramp on the right side of our building.
Handicapped Parking: Handicapped parking is available behind our location.
