At Frothy Monkey, we strive to use high quality, single origin ingredients that are produced as close to home as possible. Every dish is made from scratch using thoughtfully sourced ingredients. We bake our own bread and pastries from scratch so we can control quality and source the best ingredients possible. We roast our own coffee so we can ensure that the product is quality and that also the farmers who grow the coffee are compensated fairly.
We have identified ingredients that we use in the highest volumes and found area farms and producers who are willing to grow with us and deliver the best products. We have even developed our own line of flavored syrups that do not contain high fructose corn syrup and are made with natural ingredients, higher quality sugar, and as few preservatives as possible.
