Below is our FAQ for how to access your account, skip or ship your next order, edit subscription details, add products, update billing / shipping info, and cancel a subscription. Log in to your account
You can access your account through the My Account link at the bottom of our site, or by clicking here. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account in order to purchase your subscription. Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your subscriptions by clicking on the My Subscription link.
Alternatively, you can access your account using the View Order direct link. This link is sent in your Confirmation email and your Renewal Order email.
Skip your next order
Traveling? Not drinking your coffee as fast as you thought? To skip your next subscription order, you will first need to log in to your account. Under the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you would like to skip, then click Skip My Next Order in the Actions row. Your subscription will resume at the next shipping interval.
Ship your order now
Drinking your coffee a little faster than you expected? No worries, to ship your next subscription order immediately log in to your account. Under the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you would like to ship, then click Ship My Order Now in the Actions row. Shipping a subscription now will charge you right away and generate an order. It will also keep the original schedule, so the next payment date will remain what it was originally.
Edit Subscription Details
Under the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you would like to update, then click Edit Subscription Details. The edit subscription screen allows subscribers to change the next payment date, the quantities of products in the subscription, the interval and period of the subscription, and the shipping and billing addresses.
Add a product to your subscription
To begin, log in to your account by visiting the My Account link at the bottom of our site, or by clicking here. Next, visit our Shop Page and select the product you would like to add to your subscription. Select your subscription from the Add to your subscription drop down and click Add to subscription. That product will be automatically added to your existing subscription and can be edited in the My Account > Subscriptions tab.
Cancel a subscription
To cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Under the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you would like to cancel, then click Cancel in the Actions row. We kindly ask you to reply to your cancellation confirmation email letting us know why chose to cancel.
Update shipping address
Under the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you would like to update, then click Change Address in the Actions row. Enter the new shipping address and click Save Address to finalize.
Update payment information
Under the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you would like to update, then click Change Payment in the Actions row. Select the credit card on file you would like to use or select Use a new payment method to add or delete cards. Once the correct card is selected click Change Payment Method.
Discounts and subscriptions
Do discounts and coupon codes apply to subscriptions?
Recurring subscription orders of $30 or more are eligible for free shipping. Gift subscriptions include the cost of shipping in the initial payment and are not eligible for free shipping. Discounts on standard and gift subscriptions are extremely limited and only available when promoted.
