Coffee Subscription FAQ
Thank you for being a subscriber! We’re stoked to supply you with fresh coffee delivered straight to your door on your schedule. Below is our FAQ for how to access your account, pause or upgrade your subscription, and change billing and shipping information. If you have any other issues, please feel free to email us at shop@frothymonkey.com. We want you to enjoy your subscription to the fullest!
Log in to your account
You can access your account through the My Account link at the bottom of our site, or by clicking here. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account in order to purchase your subscription. Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your subscriptions by clicking on the My Subscription link.
Alternatively, you can access your account using the View Order direct link. This link is sent in your Confirmation email and your Renewal Order email.

Pause a subscription
To pause your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Under the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you would like to pause, then click Suspend in the Actions row. Your subscription will be put on hold until you log back into your account and click Reactivate in the Actions row.


Cancel a subscription
To cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Under the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you would like to cancel, then click Cancel in the Actions row. We kindly ask you to reply to your cancellation confirmation email letting us know why chose to cancel.

Upgrade, downgrade, or change delivery frequency
Under the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you would like to update, then click Upgrade, Downgrade, or Change Frequency under the product you wish to update. This will take you to the product’s page where you can change the size, grind, and frequency of your coffee deliveries. Doing so will prompt a new delivery immediately, so we suggest making this change the day before your subscription is set to renew. Add a product to your subscription
To begin, log in to your account by visiting the My Account link at the bottom of our site, or by clicking here. Next, visit our Shop Page and select the coffee you would like to add to your subscription. Select Subscribe and save 10% and make sure the delivery frequency matches your current subscription (i.e. current subscription delivers every 2 months, and added product should also deliver every 2 months). Check the box next to Add to an existing subscription? and click the Add to subscription button. You will be taken to your My Subscriptions page and the new product will appear under existing products. To remove a product click the X button next to the product details. Products added to existing subscriptions will begin delivering when your next renewal order processes.


Update shipping address
Under the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you would like to update, then click Change Address in the Actions row. Enter the new shipping address and click Save Address to finalize.

Update payment information
Under the Subscriptions tab, select the subscription you would like to update, then click Change Payment in the Actions row. Select the credit card on file you would like to use or click on Manage Payment Methods to add or delete cards. Once the correct card is selected click Change Payment Method.

Discounts and subscriptions
Do discounts and coupon codes apply to subscriptions?
Recurring subscription orders of $50+ are eligible for free shipping with code SHIP50SUB. Gift subscriptions include the cost of shipping in the initial payment and are not eligible for free shipping. Discounts on standard and gift subscriptions are extremely limited and only available when promoted.
