From the scenic hills of Serra dos Ciganos in São Paulo, this natural process Sumatra variety delivers notes of malted chocolate, date syrup, and a pleasant nuttiness in every cup. With its syrupy, full body and mellow, soft acidity, it offers a perfectly balanced coffee experience.
João Hamilton’s journey reflects the evolution of Brazilian specialty coffee. Since taking over his family’s Sítio Canaã farm in 1979, João has transformed conventional farming practices into what he calls the “Agriculture of Life” – prioritizing soil health, water protection, and sustainable growing methods.
His dedication to quality extends beyond his own farm. The Hamilton family now operates a washing station supporting 40 neighboring producers, creating both exceptional coffee and opportunities throughout their community.
We’re thrilled to welcome back this returning favorite that showcases what’s possible when Brazilian producers focus on both quality and sustainability. Available for a limited time in our cafes and online.
