Jose Enrique Ceballos and his family produce this exceptional coffee on their 2-hectare Finca Pedregal in South Huila’s Monserrate region at over 1800 meters elevation. This fully washed and sun-dried blend of Caturra and Castillo varieties was selected from over 80 micro-lots at the 2024 “Best of Monserrate” competition, showcasing marzipan, black cherry, and crème brûlé flavors with a medium-heavy, structured body and light, approachable acidity. Our twelve-year relationship with the Monserrate producing group continues to yield coffees that exemplify the quality and consistency possible when small-scale farmers and roasters commit to long-term partnerships.
