We will gladly accept returns on all wearable/washable items within 30 days of delivery. Please return merchandise with any original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size, send us an email at shop@frothymonkey.com and we will provide a return shipping label. Once your return arrives to us we will provide a refund for the full purchase price minus the cost of return shipping.

All bulk coffee sales are final. All gift card sales are final.
Please bear in mind that Frothy Monkey will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase.
Frothy Monkey will process your return immediately. We will not accept exchange requests submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Policy
At Frothy Monkey Roasting Co, we understand the importance of your order and strive to pack and ship it as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2 pm CST Monday-Thursday are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday – Sunday are processed on Monday and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners. An order is not considered lost if it still shows as moving through the network in the tracking information. We will gladly refund or replace orders that are deemed to be damaged or lost in transit.
Refund Policy
Frothy Monkey Roasting Co may offer a refund and/or exchange of apparel, drinkware, and brewing equipment within the first 30 days of your purchase from www.frothymonkey.com/shop. Coffee, syrups, and related food products are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by emailing shop@frothymonkey.com.
