Shipping Policy
At Frothy Monkey Roasting Co, we understand the importance of your order and strive to pack and ship it as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2 pm CST Monday-Thursday are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday – Sunday are processed on Monday and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping partners. An order is not considered lost if it still shows as moving through the network in the tracking information. We will gladly refund or replace orders that are deemed to be damaged or lost in transit.
Package Shows Delivered but Not Found:
If your tracking information shows as delivered but you are unable to locate the package, we request that you wait 48 hours for the package to arrive. In the meantime, please check elsewhere on your property or with your neighbors. If the package still has not arrived after 48 hours, we will handle replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please note that fees may apply to help offset the cost of reshipment and product.
In such cases, the recommended steps are:
• Contact your local post office immediately to inquire about the package’s location.
• File a missing mail search request with USPS.
• Ask USPS to check the GPS coordinates of where the package was scanned as delivered.
Refund Policy
Frothy Monkey Roasting Co may offer a refund and/or exchange of apparel, drinkware, and brewing equipment within the first 30 days of your purchase from www.frothymonkey.com/shop. Coffee, syrups, and related food products are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by emailing shop@frothymonkey.com.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)
We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size, send us an email at shop@frothymonkey.com and we will provide a return shipping label. Once your return arrives to us we will provide a refund for the full purchase price minus the cost of return shipping.

The following are exempt from refunds:
Physical and Digital Gift Cards
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
