The coffee is fully washed, traditionally fermented, and sun-dried on concrete patios—a process that’s remained consistent since the McAlpin family took ownership in the 1970s. What separates this coffee is the meticulous hand-sorting at every stage, from harvest to final selection before shipment. In the cup, expect zippy, bright, tart acidity with limeade brightness, followed by the caramel sweetness of dates and a nostalgic teddy graham finish. The creamy, smooth body makes this coffee remarkably versatile.
